Ty Gwyn is a small, friendly guest house in the old mining village of Trehafod, home of the Rhondda Heritage Centre and museum. Situated between Pontypridd and Porth - the gateway to the Rhondda Valleys, makes us an ideal base if you're visiting the Rhondda and South Wales. We are open all year and offer guests comfortable accommodation at reasonable rates. |
If you're travelling by car, we're only 15 minutes away from the M4, Cardiff, junction 32. There's also a regular bus and train service and Trehafod station is only 100 yards from the guest house. The rail link with Cardiff makes the city easily accessible and we've had many guests who attend matches and events at the Millennium stadium.
